Plastic Cup Making Machine

 Purpose: produce plastic cups, bowls, trays, lids, plates and other containers.

3.Parts of cup machine:

2) Automatic Lubricated: assure supply the oil to the place where need lubricate in time. Dont need work by hand, and supported easily.

3) Adopts hydraulic transmission mechanism and PLC controller, can work much longer, the function is widely.

4) Hydraulic system: double hydraulic system, oil pump, lower noisy, litter energy consumed. Controlled by several kinds value doors, its easy to performance.

5) Conveyor system: conveyed by Servo system, to compared the connect pole transmission which is traditional or conveyed by changing speed of Frequency converter, is more accurately and reliable.

6) Heater system: the heater brick arranged by Cross type can heat the sheet more smoothly. It can produce different products by different moulds. Chose by clients option.

 7) Theory:

First, put the thermoplastic on the mould after heating. Then stretch the piston and compress the air so that the thermoplastic can be closely attached to the mould and take shape finally, the products come into being after die cutting and automatic blowing.

8) Mould: Composite structure multifunction (air compression, shaping, die-cut, take-off, etc.)

9) Heater brick is the Infrared ray porcelain brick, it can be heated in short time, in that case, it can improve the capacity.
